We ship our products by SingPost, SpeedPost or courier services to a physical address in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Philippines. Customers from other countries please contact us for a shipping quote, please mention the item, color, size, model in your message.

Since in 99.99% of the cases the postman is delivering your order we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or day. Neither we can call before the delivery is made.

In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment clearance. No shipment on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery takes about 2-3 business days in Singapore, 4-12 for international customers, depending on SingPost.

Registered mail - SingPost registered article charge (S$3.50) plus shipping fee per order.

In the case of re-delivery of returned packages due to incomplete address provided by the customer the full shipping fee must be paid before such delivery will take place.

No delivery to restricted areas: Jurong island, Changi airfreight ctr, offshore islands, military camps, etc, please see the complete list at SingPost website. No delivery to PO boxes.
